MOUNT LASSEN MOVIE THEATRE RENOVATION

Located in Chester the historic Mt. Lassen Theatre is working to renovate whilst keeping the historical feeling of the space with traditional art deco design. Working to solve issues within the circulation of the space, as well as update the theatre to make it occupiable. Durkin Home construction is incredibly excited about this project .

September 3, 2021:
This week at the Historic Mount Lassen Theatre we’re preparing for the subcontractors to get in. Our next step is the doors and windows and the space is looking great. We’re preparing the exterior main facade.

November 15, 2021:
Doors are on the way to the Mount Lassen Theatre this week.

September 25, 2021:
We're finishing up the interior on the Mt. Lassen Theatre for the subcontractors to begin working on the structure.
