HISTORIC PENINSULA DRIVE HOME RENOVATION

September 25, 2021:

 Living room space in former sun room is in progress with roof removal and awaiting extension to the side.

Historic Peninsula Drive is an older cabin looking for a modernized look. Stay tuned for more updates!

July 12, 2021:

Peninsula drive renovation began with interior demolotion, in order to give the space a blank slate for the update. 

July 2022:

Things are underway at Peninsula drive. With the former sunroom roof framed and the interior coming together.

November 15, 2021:

Added foundation has been poured in former sunroom and things are moving along in terms of framing.

August 25, 2021:

Update on renovation thus far. Visible changes as the fireplace is taken out and floorplan is changed.
